Fitness Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled Fitness Trainer to lead and supervise various fitness and health programs at 7septagency.

The ideal candidate will assess the physical and health conditions of clients, create personalized exercise plans, and monitor their progress. Additionally, they will ensure clients understand safety rules and regulations, such as equipment usage.

The ultimate goal is to help clients have fun and improve their health through exercise.

• Identify clients' fitness levels and health status
• Oversee completion of exercise routines
• Track clients' physical progress
• Modify exercise plans based on clients' needs, potential injuries, or health issues
• Conduct individual and group fitness training sessions
• Employ a holistic training approach, including cardiovascular exercises and strength training
• Ensure clients use fitness equipment safely and properly
• Address nutrition and health-related questions
• Refer clients to and promote fitness packages and plans
• Perform First Aid and CPR if necessary
• Follow safety and hygiene guidelines

• Previous experience as a Fitness Trainer or similar role
• Knowledge of diverse exercises and ability to adjust plans according to clients' needs
• Ability to instruct and motivate individuals
• Excellent communication skills
• Teamwork
• Availability to work early or late shifts and weekends
• Proven experience in CPR and First Aid
• High School Diploma; Degree in Kinesiology or Sports Science is a plus
