Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and taxation, with expertise in managing financial operations for high-net-worth individuals or family offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records for personal, business, trust, and investment entities.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management information system (MIS) reports.
  • Supervise bank reconciliations, brokerage accounts, and investment transaction entries.
  • Coordinate with tax consultants to ensure timely filing of tax returns (direct and indirect taxes).
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as employee state insurance corporation (ESIC), provident fund (PF), goods and services tax (GST), and shops & establishment act.
  • Handle accounting for real estate properties, including rental income and maintenance expenses.
  • Prepare annual budgets for personal, household, and philanthropic expenses and track variances.
  • Manage vendor payments, staff salaries, reimbursements, and petty cash.
  • Liaise with bankers, lawyers, investment managers, and service providers for smooth operations.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial and personal data.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate should have a CA intermediate qualification.
  • At least 10 years of experience in accounting and taxation, preferably in a high-net-worth individual or family office environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax compliance, and investment accounting.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Xero, ERP.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
