Job Opportunity

This is a senior leadership role for an experienced professional with extensive background in the US health insurance sector. The ideal candidate will drive strategic initiatives, develop innovative solutions, and shape market strategies for healthcare businesses.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Solution Development: Design and evolve technology solutions for payers, third-party administrators, managed care organizations, and value-based care models.
  • Industry Monitoring: Track emerging trends and position relevant solutions.
  • Thought Leadership: Develop thought leadership content, represent the organization in industry forums, and contribute to building a strong vertical brand presence.
  • Customer Engagement: Lead customer meetings and workshops to assess gaps, identify needs, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Partner Collaboration: Work closely with partners, analysts, and sales teams to execute go-to-market strategies.
  • GTM Strategy: Define and refine go-to-market strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Key Competencies:

  • 15+ years of industry experience, including 10+ years in the healthcare domain.
  • Proven expertise in payer workflows, regulatory frameworks, and technology landscape.
  • Business analysis, solutioning, and conceptualizing techno-functional solutions.
  • BPaaS engagements for payers, TPAs, MCOs, and VBC models.
