Cloud Infrastructure Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Manager to lead our cloud-based projects and ensure seamless delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in software delivery project management, with a strong background in cloud technology and infrastructure management. Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, and communication is essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones using professional tools.
  • Cordinating resources across product development, delivery, customer success, engineering, platform, security, and finance to meet delivery goals.
  • Facilitating effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and resolving blockers or escalating when necessary.
  • Tracking and reporting on project KPIs, budgets, and timelines for leadership visibility.
  • Ensuring documentation is kept up-to-date and lessons learned are captured for future projects.

The must-haves for this role include:

  • 12+ years (Relevant 5+ years) of experience in software delivery project management (Agile and Waterfall projects).
  • Experience in documentation & planning.
  • Good understanding of platform technology.
  • Hands-on experience with project planning tools.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery and stakeholder management.
  • Experience tracking project budgets and timelines.
  • Strong background in infrastructure management, along with some exposure to security tools.
