Backend Engineer Job Description\

We are seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and developing high-performance, scalable, and maintainable backend services and APIs.

You will collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to design and implement end-to-end solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences.

As a Backend Engineer, you will write well-structured, reusable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.

You will participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring the quality of the codebase.

Additionally, you will investigate and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing application performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Finally, you will lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions that align with the company's long-term goals.

\Required Skills and Qualifications\
  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend technologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful software projects with complex, scalable architectures.
  • Extensive experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, or Python.
  • Good understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
  • Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
