Lead Web Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the development and management of our web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality, timeliness, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Implement best practices in coding, architecture, and project management.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and performance evaluations for the development team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in web development with a strong focus on PHP and WordPress.
  • Proven experience in leading web development teams and managing complex projects.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is highly preferred.
  • Expertise in one or more PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter).
  • In-depth knowledge of WordPress (custom themes, plugins, multisite, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
  • Hands-on experience with version control tools (Git), deployment tools, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with hosting environments and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.).

Agile/Scrum project management experience.

Project management methodologies can be utilized to track deliverables, manage risks, and drive efficiency. Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are required to excel in this position.
