• Experiment with different formats (text memes, reels, templates, GIFs) to maximize reach and virality.
• Ensure a consistent pipeline of daily/weekly meme content that keeps the page lively and relevant.
• Track meme performance, identify what works, and iterate quickly to optimize results.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong sense of humor, sarcasm, and awareness of meme culture.
• Experience in video editing & graphic tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Understanding of Instagram trends, algorithms, and viral content strategy.
