Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Search Engine Optimization (SEO) professional to lead our natural search marketing efforts.

  • This role involves developing and executing SEO strategies, consulting on tactics, and creating training programs for ongoing success in the field of natural search marketing.
  • The successful candidate will lead and develop an experienced team of SEO experts to drive successful client engagements and deliver outstanding natural search results.
  • A key responsibility of this position is to stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithms, shifts, and requirements, as well as best-of-breed SEO practices.
  • Daily tasks include conducting keyword research, analyzing site structure, navigation, and page construction to ensure optimal search engine friendliness and indexing.
  • We are looking for someone who can implement on-page optimization, including content development strategies supported by professional copywriting (meta tags, content relevancy, keyword integration, semantic relevance).
  • This role also involves working closely with the development team to ensure that SEO, Social Media, and Digital Marketing best practices are properly implemented on newly developed websites.
  • Collaboration with editorial and marketing teams is essential to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience building link strategies and executing viral and buzz-oriented efforts.
  • Familiarity with SOCIAL MEDIA and advanced Google Analytics skills are necessary for this position.
  • Knowledge of LOCAL SEO, including local ranking factors, Google Local optimization, citations, and others, is also required.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for client reporting, analytics, Key Performance Indicators, and metrics for client evaluation.
