Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Lead to manage our team of designers and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality designs.
  • Lead and motivate a team of 6-10 designers to achieve high productivity and work output.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Ensure design quality meets our high standards through regular trainings and design discussions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design; Master's degree in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management preferred.

To succeed as an Interior Design Lead, you must possess excellent leadership skills, a passion for interior design, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
