Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a creative and skilled professional to lead our visual communications efforts. As a Graphic & Motion Designer, you will be responsible for developing innovative and engaging visual content across various platforms.

About the Role:
  • You will design social media creatives, cover pictures, banners, and ad graphics that capture the audience's attention and drive engagement.
  • Your designs should be unique, out-of-the-box concepts that go beyond template-driven approaches.
  • You will adapt your designs to platform-specific formats and sizes to ensure maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Social Media Design:
  • Create compelling social media content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Design high-quality visuals that support our brand identity and messaging.
Brand Design:
  • Develop custom-designed graphics, icons, and website banners that reflect our brand's personality.
  • Create print-ready materials, including flyers, brochures, logos, posters, and corporate identity kits.
Motion Graphics & Video Creation:
  • Produce engaging explainer videos, social media promos, and product demos that showcase our products or services.
  • Edit raw video footage, apply motion graphics, transitions, and effects to create visually stunning content.
  • Utilize AI-powered video tools to generate high-quality video content based on provided scripts and contexts.
Creative Innovation:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, social media requirements, and AI-driven creative innovations.
  • Recommend new tools and technologies that can improve our creative output and efficiency.
Collaboration & Adaptability:
  • Work closely with our content, social media, and web teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Be flexible and responsive to client changes and feedback.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in design and motion graphics (agency experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Knowledge of social media design trends and platform-specific requirements.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute engaging visuals and videos.
  • Knowledge of 3D animation software (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.) is a plus.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, branding, video editing, and motion graphics.
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
