CPG Industry Expert

We are seeking an experienced CPG industry expert to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and functional expertise across the CPG value chain.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending strategic thinking with hands-on collaboration and can engage credibly with senior client stakeholders while mentoring internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance and functional expertise across the CPG value chain
  • Act as a thought partner to clients and internal teams
  • Collaborate with client engagement leads to shape problem statements, solution approaches, and execution strategies
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across client engagements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 15+ years of professional experience, with significant tenure in the CPG industry or in consulting roles focused on CPG clients
  • Deep functional knowledge across the CPG value chain, particularly in marketing strategy, pricing and revenue growth management, trade promotion and assortment planning, and consumer and market insights
  • Proven experience working closely with senior stakeholders across strategy, commercial, and analytics teams
