Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Consultant to join our team.

  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing and supporting data management activities for HR technologies.

Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • Certification in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud is an asset.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Data Management Consultant.
  • Strong work experience in HCM Data Loader/HSDL configurations, data loads for Global HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Absence Management and Payroll Benefits.
  • Expertise in BI Publisher, OTBI and Data Models.
  • Thorough hands-on experience with SQL (at least 3 years).
  • Experience with API management is an asset.
  • Good working knowledge of Fusion HCM modules like Global HR, Compensation, Talent Payroll, Absence Management and Payroll.
  • At least 2 years of experience working through Agile Project Management model.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Work towards enabling solutions via CHRs projects.
  • Conduct data loads using HDL/HSDL tools for projects, CHRs and support tickets.
  • Create/modify queries and reports using BI Publisher and OTBI.
  • Resolve technical/configuration issues.
  • Contribute to special initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
  • Act as Technical L3 Support to resolve complex tickets.
  • Work in data cleanup activities as part of the data management process.
  • Write Fast Formulas and EL expressions to support campaigns and key projects.
  • Contribute to development and testing activities for upgrades/deployments implementations.
  • Participate in Agile Scrum calls as product expert to provide updates.
  • Learn and understand new products as required.
  • Support GDPR and data privacy topics.
  • Contribute to data audit process.
  • Document solutions and prepare process flow diagrams.
  • Train peers and business users via change management process.
  • Support business continuity planning and disaster recovery process.
