Pipeline System Design and Engineering Expert

As a seasoned pipeline system design and engineering expert, you will oversee the development of high-performance pipeline systems. This entails identifying optimal routes, specifying materials, conducting thorough stress analysis, and ensuring impeccable hydraulic performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and review technical documents, including specifications, data sheets, drawings, and reports, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Evaluate pipeline designs to guarantee adherence to relevant codes and standards (ASME B31.4, B31.8, DNV, API).
Collaboration and Technical Support
  • Conduct pipeline integrity assessments and risk analyses to identify potential issues.
  • Implement mitigation strategies to ensure safe and reliable pipeline operations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including process, civil, mechanical, and geotechnical engineers, to achieve project goals.
Project Phases and Interface Management
  • Participate in FEED, detailed design, and EPC phases of projects, providing technical expertise.
  • Interface with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless project execution.
Technical Guidance and Development
  • Provide technical support during construction, hydrotesting, commissioning, and start-up phases.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers to enhance their skills and expertise, promoting continuous learning and growth.
