Job Title: Identity Architect

We are seeking an experienced identity architect to join our organization. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining identity platforms, implementing Role-Based Access Control policies, and monitoring identity-related activities.

The successful candidate will have experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, as well as a strong understanding of identity reporting and analytics, architecture, protocols, and lifecycle management. Knowledge of identity security principles, including least privilege and zero trust, is also essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Administering and maintaining identity platforms, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Implementing and managing Role-Based Access Control policies across systems.
  • Monitoring and reporting on identity-related activities, access patterns, and anomalies.
  • Collaborating with security architects to design and improve identity infrastructure.
  • Supporting audits and compliance efforts by providing identity-related evidence and reports.
  • Assisting in onboarding/offboarding processes and access provisioning/deprovisioning.
  • Identifying and remediating identity security risks and misconfigurations.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation for IAM processes and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Understanding in identity reporting and analytics (e.g., access logs, entitlement reviews).
  • Understanding of identity architecture, protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID), and lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of managing RBAC models.
  • Knowledge of identity security principles, including least privilege and zero trust.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Azure IAM features (e.g., Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management).
  • Exposure to AWS IAM and cloud identity integrations.
  • Scripting or automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
  • Azure DLP (Purview) experience.

This role requires a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar position and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
