The Security Testing Operations Analyst is responsible for managing and executing vulnerability management and offensive testing activities across the organization. This critical role involves working closely with external vendors to plan and facilitate testing programs, ensuring their efficient delivery. The analyst must have expertise in vulnerability impact and risk analysis, providing insights on root cause analysis and remediation. Additionally, the analyst must be able to communicate effectively with technical teams and external entities, facilitating successful collaboration and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate testing programs with external vendors
- Review and validate vulnerability reports, triaging based on risk
- Support teams in understanding vulnerabilities and validating fixes through retesting
- Facilitate remediation efforts by detailing actions, owners, and timelines, and following up where necessary

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technology-related fields, along with relevant certifications in cyber security
- Background in Red Teaming, Penetration Testing, or Bug Bounty is advantageous
- Understanding of enterprise IT system environments and knowledge of security vulnerabilities and common software engineering flaws and Network Defence analytical models (Kill Chain, ATT&CK, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as a problem solver and barrier breaker with initiative
