Job Title: Senior Front-End Architect

Discovery Resort Marketing operates in a high-velocity ad environment where technical execution directly impacts revenue.

We turn cold traffic into warm leads and booked vacations through fast-loading landing pages, clear offer flows, and mobile-first UX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engineering execution across paid media funnels, owning the front-end stack: landing page builds, tracking logic, performance optimization, and rapid test deployment.
  • Take full ownership of paid media funnel performance, partnering closely with media buyers, tracking engineers, and UX designers.
  • Develop fast-loading, mobile-first landing pages using React, Next.js, and TailwindCSS, creating and managing reusable codebases for high-volume ad campaign deployment.
  • Integrate lead capture and Authorize.net forms, ensuring consistent conversion paths, monitor and improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP), and QA all event tracking for paid traffic paths.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years front-end experience with React, Next.js, and TailwindCSS, supported $1M+/Month in paid traffic across landing pages or conversion systems.
  • Direct experience integrating event tracking with GA4, Meta Pixel, CAPI, and TikTok Pixel, proven experience building or managing mobile-first funnel infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with attribution troubleshooting, event QA, and UTM capture, strong communicator with experience working in async, remote environments.
