Senior Financial Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive financial insights to support business decisions and performance tracking.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, cost analysis, and division-wise performance.
  • Data Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial and operational data from multiple business units.
  • Dashboard Development: Develop dashboards and reports for management, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Variance Analysis: Perform variance analysis, highlight deviations, and propose corrective actions to management.
  • Forecasting: Lead budget planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring activities.
  • Trend Identification: Track key business metrics and identify trends for operational and strategic recommendations.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting through regular reconciliations and audits.

Requirements:

  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–6 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling.
  • Candidates' Skills: Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Presentation: Proven ability to deliver timely, accurate insights to senior leadership.
  • Teamwork: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
