Job Title: Performance Marketer

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Lead to drive high-impact campaigns and act as a strategic force behind our growth initiatives.

• Campaign Planning and Execution: Strategize, plan, and execute paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms
• Performance Optimization: Optimize performance continuously to improve ROI and reduce CAC
• Creative Testing: Lead A/B testing of creatives — including ad copy, visuals, and formats — to discover breakthrough campaigns
• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data-driven insights to guide budget allocation and audience targeting
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with design and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
• Leadership Representation: Represent performance marketing in leadership discussions and external growth forums

• Experience: 3–4+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, ideally in high-growth startups or global brands
• Market Expertise: Strong track record managing campaigns for international markets
• Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and attribution tools
• Creativity and Analysis: Creative mind with solid analytical and data interpretation skills
• Ownership and Leadership: Confident in taking ownership — from setting strategy to leading execution
• Communication and Influence: Strong communication and leadership skills; comfortable influencing business and brand direction
