Role Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling premium processing, suspending premiums, query management, email queries, report generation, and payment coordination in our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update project documents, schedules, and trackers.
  • Support financial transactions related to payments.
  • Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely updates.
  • Track risks, issues, and changes in the project.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic understanding of project management.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in U.S insurance preferably life and annuity experience.
