As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and coaching teams in understanding and applying Agile frameworks, principles, and practices.
Key Responsibilities
- ELead and facilitate agile events including stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, demos, and backlog refinement meetings to promote team collaboration.
- Guide and Coach the team in understanding and applying Agile frameworks, principles, and practices.
- Work with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the backlog ensuring the team delivers high-value outcomes aligned with business objectives.
- Resolve conflicts and remove impediments hindering team progress. Escalate risks and cross-Team dependencies to ensure they are addressed in a timely manner.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Teams by leading retrospectives, encouraging innovation, promoting Agile engineering practices, and DevOps culture.
- Monitor and report on the progress of the Team ensuring transparency and alignment with Sprint goals and Team objectives.
- Help the scrum teams achieve delivery acceleration focused on business outcomes by reaching higher levels of Scrum maturity.
- Support scaling Agile by engaging in cross-team ceremonies and Program Increment (PI) planning to align team activities with Agile Release Train (ART) objectives.
