Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Property Deal Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating property investment opportunities with precision and professionalism.

This role requires someone who takes pride in accuracy, logic, and constant improvement. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and excellent analytical skills.

  • Analyzing residential and commercial property deals
  • Reviewing floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent PDFs, and other key documents
  • Calculating key figures: ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, GDV
  • Using and maintaining deal analysis spreadsheet tools
  • Producing written deal summaries with go/no-go recommendations
  • Triple-checking every detail before submitting work
  • Taking ownership of your analysis — your calls matter
  • Listening to feedback and improving with every deal you review
  • Updating deals in CRM / deal tracker systems accurately
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Lovely working with numbers, logic, and structured thinking
  • Experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work
  • Understanding terms like yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc.
  • Meticulous — you check your work three times, not once
  • Can handle important decisions under pressure
  • Welcome feedback and constantly aim to improve
  • Strong integrity — you're careful because the numbers matter
