Reliability Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced reliability expert to ensure the smooth operation of our systems. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for implementing system administration best practices and ensuring the scalability, performance, and reliability of our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Extensive knowledge of Linux and Windows systems is required. Proficiency in setting up alerts, dashboards, and analyzing metrics/logs for system performance and reliability is essential.
  • System Architecture and Configuration Management: Familiarity with system architecture and configuration management tools is necessary. Understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and Load Balancing protocols is also required.
  • Monitoring Tools: Experienced with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki. Strong in incident response and troubleshooting techniques, capable of conducting root cause investigations.
  • CICD Pipelines: Experienced in CI/CD pipelines. Proficient in automating tasks for enhanced efficiency and reliability.
  • Analyzing Complex Systems: Skilled in analyzing complex systems and identifying potential issues. Hands-on experience with Devops Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform is necessary.
  • Collaboration and Documentation: Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical teams. Adept at documenting processes and conveying technical concepts clearly.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Linux and Windows systems
  • Familiarity with system architecture and configuration management tools
