Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer to join our expanding Engineering team at Aira Security. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will collaborate closely with Backend Engineers, Infrastructure Experts, ML Specialists, Security Engineers, Product Managers, and our CTO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop cutting-edge, user-centric products focused on frontend engineering.
  • Work collaboratively with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers to translate requirements into effective solutions.
  • Lead technically within the team and mentor junior engineers to foster growth and development.
  • Drive continuous improvements in the development lifecycle, emphasizing testing, deployment, and system monitoring.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proficient in React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS/Tailwind, and Python programming languages.
  • User-Centric Design: Skilled in user experience principles, design detail orientation, and familiarity with Figma for UX/UI work.
  • Effective Communication & Problem Solving: Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Agile Environment Enthusiasm: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Collaboration & Delivery: Proven ability to work collaboratively and deliver products effectively.
