About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in building, tweaking, and extending web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks, preferably for enterprise-level products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, React, and Angular.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and efficient web applications.
  • Work closely with backend teams to integrate REST APIs and ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of user experience and interface design principles.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in building web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON.
  • Experience working with REST APIs and backend integrations.
  • Advanced understanding of Zendesk developer docs, ZIS, Zendesk APIs, and ZAF.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Nice to Have
  • Zendesk certifications: Zendesk Administrator, Explore CX Analyst, Guide Specialist, and App Developer I.
  • Certifications in project management or agile methodologies.
  • Experience with additional CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Jira / Confluence experience.
  • Knowledge of Workato (or equivalent integration tools).
  • Proficient in using data analytics tools such as Tableau and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Ruby, Python, or another modern programming language.
