Job Title: Quality Assurance Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Director to lead our quality initiatives and drive continuous improvement across the organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of implementing effective quality management systems and leading high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management principles, including ISO 9001:2015. They will be able to develop and implement comprehensive quality plans, manage quality metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and programs that meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Lead quality audits, assessments, and corrective actions to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Mange quality metrics, including defect rates, cycle time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to quality team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 18 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Proven track record of implementing effective quality management systems and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles, including ISO 9001:2015.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
