Job Title: Airport Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage airport operations, encompassing crew, ground, departure control, turn-around, baggage, and loading systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Obtaining a graduate degree in any field with relevant travel experience.
  • International Air Transport Association (IATA) certification or diploma in travel and tourism.
  • Familiarity with the Airline Industry.
  • Previous work experience in operating airport systems and applications.
  • Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
  • Experience with DCS systems for Reservations, Passenger Check-ins & Boarding, Baggage check-in, Load management.
  • Proficiency in supported Crew systems for scheduling, tracking, and ensuring efficient utilization of crew resources.
  • Operating Baggage System like Monitoring and controlling automated baggage handling systems.
  • Understanding of Printing flight load sheet, baggage report, Advance Passenger Information System (APIS).
  • Incident/Problem creation as per incident management & problem management tools.

Additional Requirements:

  • Availability to work in 24 x 7 shifts.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and other standard desktop applications.
  • Strong Analytical & Research skills. Good troubleshooting and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capability to achieve stringent Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
