Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Visual Design & Motion Graphics professional to join our design team. As an AI Design specialist, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content, experimenting with formats, and turning abstract ideas into sleek creative output.

You will work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, branding, and storytelling, and contribute to larger brand projects from shaping the company's rebranding exercise to bringing new product identities to life.

Responsibilities:

  • Design static graphics, short animated videos, GIFs, and product explainers
  • Edit videos and craft sharp, engaging visual storytelling
  • Use AI-powered tools to accelerate design and motion workflows
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, branding, and storytelling
  • Contribute to larger brand projects from shaping the company's rebranding exercise to bringing new product identities to life
  • Take initiative to conceptualize and run design-led projects, not just execute assets
  • Explore new formats and design ideas that push how a fintech brand shows up in the market

Requirements:

  • Hands-on skills and good grasp of design fundamentals (typography, layout, color)
  • Passion for animation, motion graphics, and video editing
  • Someone who experiments with AI design tools (Runway, Pika, MidJourney, Figma plugins, etc.)
  • High intent and ownership willing to take ideas from concept to final output
