Accounts Payable Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Manager to oversee the Accounts Payable department.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and distributing daily workflow among team members.
  • Managing the invoice process team.
  • Ensuring service level agreements, turnaround times, and key performance indicators are met.
  • Handling exceptions and resolving escalations.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for issue resolution.
  • Escalating critical issues to management or stakeholders as needed.
  • Ensuring all accounts payable processes comply with internal control and audit requirements.
  • Assisting with internal and external audits and providing necessary documentation.
  • Monitoring team performance and motivation levels.
  • Improving processes and identifying bottlenecks to enhance accuracy and speed.

Requirements include:

  • At least 4 years of work experience, including team handling experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with MS Outlook and MS Office.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion is an advantage.

Qualifications include:

  • B.com degree (M.com or MBA preferred).
