As a seasoned product leader, you will be responsible for guiding the development of innovative products from concept to launch. Your role will involve working closely with clients, founders, and early-stage product teams to uncover their goals, challenges, and market realities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery workshops to gain a deep understanding of client needs and develop a clear product vision.
  • Define product scope and user journeys before any development commences.
  • Translate business problems into actionable product strategies using frameworks like JTBD and opportunity trees.
  • Create and prioritize product backlogs, establish success metrics, and manage weekly sprints.
  • Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams through agile rituals such as standups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust through open communication, responsiveness, and expertise.
  • Mentor clients in making informed decisions, pushing back when necessary, and providing data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in product management, preferably in digital services or consulting environments.
  • A proven track record of successfully launching products from concept to launch (0-1), ideally in client-facing settings.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with technical teams and business stakeholders, including founders and engineers.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate abstract objectives into actionable roadmaps and deliverables.
  • Experience working on AI or data-driven products, with an understanding of their unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including proficiency in scope, budgeting, and timeline management, while maintaining strategic oversight.
  • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools such as JIRA, Notion, and Figma.
