Job Summary

Our team is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient equipment maintenance and process refinement. This role requires effective resource utilization and raw material management to meet operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise production staff, providing training on GMP, job skills, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with superintendents to prioritize resources and support annual plans and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and submit reports on attendance, labor efficiency, safety metrics, and scrap reduction.
  • Support talent management, employee feedback, and disciplinary actions.
