Our team is seeking a seasoned Digital Engineering Principal to drive cloud data strategy and implementation across our clients’ organizations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing large-scale cloud data platforms, as well as a proven track record of delivering complex data and analytics projects.

In this role, you will work closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to identify business requirements, design and implement cloud data solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. You will also be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, and mentoring junior engineers.

**Requirements:**

* 10+ years of experience in data engineering
* Proven track record of delivering large-scale data and analytics projects
* Strong technical skills in cloud platforms, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT tools
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

**Nice to Have:**

* Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure Synapse, Snowflake, and Databricks
* Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica, Talend, and Fivetran
* Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark
* Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and data science tools such as Python, R, and SQL

**Education:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

**Certifications:**

* AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certification

**Work Experience:**
