Penetration Tester Job Description

As a Penetration Tester, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients strengthen their security posture by identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities in their systems.

Job Requirements
  • At least 5+ years of experience in penetration testing with hands-on experience in manual exploitation techniques and knowledge of Linux operating systems.
  • Hands-on experience with security testing tools such as BurpSuite Pro, Postman, and SOAP UI.
  • Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 scenarios and ability to identify vulnerabilities in web applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with customers directly.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on client systems.
  • Identify and exploit vulnerabilities in web applications using manual exploitation techniques.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security plans to mitigate identified vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of security projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CEH certification or equivalent.
  • Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure and DevSecOps methodologies.
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices and threat modeling.
