About the Role:

We're seeking a dynamic Content Creator to join our team. If you have 3-4 years of experience in photoshoots, video creation, and reels, and are passionate about storytelling through visuals, we want to hear from you.

As a Content Developer, you'll be part of a collaborative creative team, working closely with marketing, design, and strategy to bring ideas to life. Your role will involve conceptualizing and creating content across various formats, planning and managing shoots, collaborating with teams to align content with brand goals, and editing videos and photos with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging content across photos, reels, behind-the-scenes, and short-form videos.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage shoots, from pre-production to final output.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure content aligns with brand goals.
  • Edit videos and photos using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar tools.
  • Stay up-to-date on content and social media trends, platform updates, and viral formats.
  • Own content calendars and deliver high-quality content on time.
  • Bring a positive attitude to creative brainstorming, staying curious and attuned to cultural and community trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience as a Content Creator or similar role in a creative, agency, or brand team.
  • Proven experience in photoshoot planning, reel production, and post-production editing.
  • A keen eye for visual storytelling, aesthetics, and brand tonality.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage timelines, assets, and deliverables.
  • A growth mindset with the ability to adapt, learn, and evolve creatively.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with influencer collaborations, basic animation, or scripting voiceovers.
