Bookkeeper Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with accounting principles and standards.
  • General Accounting: Lead day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals.
  • Tax Compliance: Preparation and filing of various tax returns under US Tax Law.
  • Process Improvement: Research and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Software knowledge: Proficient in using bookkeeping software, specifically QuickBooks.
