About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled mobile app developer to lead cross-platform application development. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mobile app development with hands-on experience using Flutter and FlutterFlow.

In this role, you will work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and FlutterFlow
  • Collaborating with product, design, and business teams to understand requirements and implement pixel-perfect UIs
  • Optimizing app performance, responsiveness, and scalability within the low-code/no-code framework
  • Writing clean logic for custom actions/functions where needed (in Dart/JavaScript)
  • Exploring and suggesting innovative ways to maximize development efficiency within FlutterFlow

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Flutter development (minimum 4+ years).
  • Hands-on experience with FlutterFlow is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of mobile app development lifecycle.
  • Experience with state management tools (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration.
  • Familiarity with Git, version control, and CI/CD tools.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable code and debug issues efficiently.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
