Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Development Specialist to strengthen customer relationships and offer tailored insurance solutions. The role involves building trust with clients, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance products
  • Help clients with policy selection, renewals, and claims
  • Promote and explain the company's insurance products to clients
  • Meet sales targets by identifying new opportunities and clients
  • Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to maximize client value
  • Act as the main point of contact for client queries and issues
  • Ensure quick resolution of customer concerns and claims
  • Identify and engage with potential clients through networking and referrals
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system
  • Prepare regular sales and performance reports
  • Follow all company policies and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in insurance
  • Strong understanding of insurance products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office

Estimated Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
