Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled System Performance Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor Server and Application Health: Utilize SolarWinds, ManageEngine, and Zabbix platforms to ensure seamless system operation.
  • Optimize Monitoring Tools: Fine-tune alert configurations and thresholds for maximum efficiency.
  • Respond to Alerts: Diagnose and resolve system incidents related to availability, resource utilization, and performance.
  • Execute Basic OS Administration Tasks: Maintain Windows/Linux environments with expertise in configuration, service health, and patching.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Escalate critical issues and perform root cause analysis for efficient incident resolution.
  • Create Dashboards and Reports: Develop performance metrics, event logs, and capacity planning reports for informed decision-making.
  • Automation and Scripting: Leverage scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python) to automate routine checks and remediation tasks.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all systems meet defined SLAs and performance benchmarks while maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • SolarWinds, ManageEngine OpManager, and/or Zabbix Expertise
  • Windows and Linux Server Administration Fundamentals
  • SNMP, WMI, ICMP, and Log File Analysis Knowledge
  • Scripting Experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
  • Strong Troubleshooting Skills
  • Excellent Collaboration and Communication Skills
  • 2–12 Years' Experience in Systems Monitoring or NOC Roles
