As a high-caliber Automation Test Lead, you will spearhead our QA team's endeavors in automation and performance testing. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving quality assurance initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring seamless system scalability.

Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Lead and mentor QA teams to implement best practices and strategies for automation and performance testing.\
  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans to assess system reliability, responsiveness, and scalability using cutting-edge performance testing tools.\
  • Monitor and report key QA metrics, including test coverage, defect trends, and overall quality indicators.\
  • Familiarize yourself with Agile methodologies and collaborate effectively across teams to drive projects forward.\
  • Pose a strong advocate for stakeholder communication, team leadership, and conflict resolution.\
  • Develop and maintain hands-on expertise in Selenium with C# or Java, along with working knowledge of BDD frameworks such as Cucumber, and experience with tools like TestNG, Jenkins, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.\
  • Stay proficient in at least one programming language, such as C#, Java, or Python.\
  • Work closely with tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar for test execution and monitoring.\
  • Enjoy the added benefit of banking domain experience.\

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of total experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation and performance testing for the past 3.5 to 5 years.\
  • Hands-on expertise in Selenium with C# or Java, working knowledge of BDD frameworks such as Cucumber, and experience with tools like TestNG, Jenkins, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.\
  • Proficient in at least one programming language, such as C#, Java, or Python.\
  • Experience with tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar for test execution and monitoring.\
  • Banking domain experience is highly valued.\
