Job Title: Executive - Production Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize production processes to meet local supply demands.
  • Identify cost-effective methods for product development and implementation.
  • Provide timely and accurate estimates of production capabilities.
  • Pursue continuous improvement in product re-engineering to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Implement the ELS approach to enhance development speed and efficiency.
  • Communicate RBO updates effectively among internal departments.
  • Obtain counter sample approvals from relevant stakeholders.
  • Design new products and expand customer base through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Resolve customer queries related to product development in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product pricing strategies.
  • Maintain a business focus at all times and address internal customers' inquiries via best practice guidelines.
  • Work within agreed service levels, striving to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional results.

Accountabilities:

  • Take ownership of assigned accounts and ensure prompt setup with overseas hubs and internal departments.
  • Resolve customer queries within stipulated timeframes and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Establish and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external customers, colleagues, and partners.
  • Comply with agreed standards of quality and productivity, ensuring a minimum 99% accuracy rate after validation.
  • Participate in gathering business requirements and analysis activities for Continuous Improvement in Cost reduction through Re-engineering.
  • Update relevant documents and Oracle systems with 99% accuracy after collecting costing from Finance.
  • Sensitize client requirements and prioritize developments accordingly.
  • Contribute to team objectives by sharing knowledge, skills, and expertise as appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Printing Technology or Textile Engineering.
  • Good industry knowledge required, along with a detailed understanding of company technology, strategies, activities, status, and goals.
