About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in managing accounts payable processes. Your expertise will be invaluable in overseeing the timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expenses while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Invoice Processing: Oversee the processing of invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, including setup, communication, and dispute resolution.
  • Payment Processing: Coordinate with the finance team to prepare and process payments.
  • Expense Management: Review and reconcile employee expense reports.
  • Accounts Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of accounts payable balances and general ledger accounts.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or finance roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
