Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead the growth and development of the Urban Practice within the region by identifying opportunities, mentoring a team, and delivering urban projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing innovative financial mechanisms, including business models for scaling up sustainable urban solutions leveraging alternate financing for urban infrastructure and transport domains.
- Providing technical guidance on municipal finance, coordinating city efforts on integrated City Investment Plans and Financial Operating Plans, and conducting financial feasibility assessments and/or affordability analyses.
- Preparing financial models for urban infrastructure projects to ensure sound financial planning and execution.
