Are you a seasoned software professional with expertise in crafting robust and scalable solutions using the Frappe framework? We are seeking an experienced Module Lead to drive the development and customization of Frappe/ERPNext modules, contributing significantly to designing, building, and maintaining our enterprise applications. In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

- Development & Customization: You will be responsible for developing and customizing new Frappe modules to meet specific business needs, implementing new functionalities, troubleshooting issues in ERPNext applications, and integrating third-party APIs to ensure seamless data flow.

- Technical Support: As an expert technical support provider, you will quickly resolve system issues for end-users and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all implementations and configurations.

- Collaboration: You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend effective technical solutions, participating in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards are met.

- Continuous Improvement: To stay at the forefront, you will remain up-to-date with the latest Frappe/ERPNext developments and continually optimize application performance to ensure efficiency and scalability.

Mandatory Skills : Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript is required, along with hands-on experience with the Frappe/ERPNext framework.

Technical Skills :

- A solid understanding of relational databases is essential.

- Experience with Git for version control is necessary.

- Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles is required.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are critical.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are must-haves.

Notice Period : The ability to join us with a notice period of 30 days or less is preferred but not mandatory.
