Senior AEM Architect

Mandate is to provide technical leadership and guide teams in designing, developing, and deploying web content solutions using Adobe AEM.

  • Evaluate business requirements and propose effective AEM solutions.
  • Assess infrastructure capacity and plan for scalability.
  • Provide solution architecture for AEM implementations and third-party integrations.
  • Address non-functional requirements such as availability, performance, reliability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 12+ years in Java/J2EE solution design and deployment.
  • 5+ years of core experience in Adobe AEM or similar WCM/ECM product suite.
  • Expertise in multi-site/multi-channel delivery, personalization, content aggregation, multilingual support, automated workflows, social media integration.
  • Strong knowledge of CMS Design, CRX, CQ WCM, DAM, Social Collaboration.
  • Hands-on experience with XML, XHTML, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, JSP, RESTful services.
  • Deep understanding of Java, Servlets, JSP, JSTL, Spring, Hibernate.
  • Practical experience with Apache Sling, JCR (JSR-170/283), JSR-168/286, OSGi (Apache Felix).
