Job Title: OutSystems Developer

We are seeking a seasoned technology expert with extensive experience in designing, building, and maintaining high-performance applications using the OutSystems platform.

  • Create efficient and scalable enterprise-grade software solutions that meet the complex requirements of the banking and financial services industries.
  • Develop and optimize SQL & PL/SQL queries to enhance database performance and security within Oracle-based financial systems.
  • Automate business processes for banking operations such as customer onboarding, KYC, and loan disbursement by implementing workflow automation strategies.
  • Incorporate REST/SOAP APIs and web services into internal and external systems to facilitate seamless integration.
  • Maintain application security and compliance by applying industry-standard protocols like OAuth, SAML.
  • Design and implement optimized financial database schemas to ensure data integrity and scalability.
  • Apply best practices in performance tuning, UI responsiveness, and query optimization to guarantee a superior user experience.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestrate deployments (Kubernetes) to ensure smooth application delivery.
  • Promote collaborative development through the use of Git, Bitbucket.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • OutSystems expertise with a focus on Reactive Web and Mobile development.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL & PL/SQL programming with a preference for Oracle databases.
  • Experience in workflow automation and process optimization within the BFSI sector.
  • Proficiency in web service/API integrations using REST/SOAP protocols.
  • Understanding of security standards and regulatory compliance principles.
  • Data modeling and schema design skills for large-scale applications.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Working experience with version control systems like Git, Bitbucket.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms including Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure, and OutSystems Cloud.
