Job Description

We are modernizing our demand forecasting capabilities through an enterprise-grade ML platform. As a Senior Data Scientist / ML Engineer, you will design and operationalize advanced forecasting solutions at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop production-grade forecasting models and deploy them in a scalable manner
  2. Create end-to-end machine learning pipelines for data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, and deployment
  3. Design probabilistic models to quantify forecast uncertainty and drive informed decision-making
  4. Write clean, modular, object-oriented code following best practices and standards
  5. Implement MLOps best practices including model versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD to ensure smooth operations
  6. Work with distributed training frameworks for scalable model development and efficient processing
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs and objectives
  8. Utilize cloud-based environments for large-scale data processing and analytics
Requirements
  • Experience in demand forecasting or retail/supply chain
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of data orchestration frameworks (Airflow, Prefect)
  • Experience with explainable AI frameworks
  • Strong proficiency in Python and core libraries such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (preferably PyTorch)
  • Experience working in cloud environments
