We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Relations Manager to join our team. As a dynamic professional, you will play a pivotal role in building and managing industry connections.

This key position demands strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for fostering impactful corporate relationships.

You will develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals, onboard companies to post job opportunities, and foster long-term partnerships to build a robust hiring network.

In addition, you will collaborate with employers to understand their hiring needs, match qualified candidates with suitable opportunities, and ensure seamless hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CORPORATE OUTREACH & RELATIONSHIP BUILDING: Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals and HR leaders. Onboard companies to post job opportunities and recruit talent.
  • TALENT PLACEMENT SUPPORT: Collaborate with employers to understand their hiring needs. Match qualified candidates with suitable opportunities and ensure seamless hiring processes.
  • CONTENT & TESTIMONIAL MANAGEMENT: Gather success stories and testimonials from placed candidates. Use testimonials to strengthen brand credibility and attract more corporate partners.
  • EVENT & WEBINAR COORDINATION: Identify and onboard industry experts for webinars and other events. Manage events to promote our mission and enhance corporate engagement.
  • STRATEGIC PLANNING & REPORTING: Assist in planning quarterly outreach and placement goals. Provide reports on outreach success, placement metrics, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years in corporate relations, B2B partnerships, or recruitment.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate successfully with industry professionals and employers.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver on deadlines.
  • Networking: Strong interest in biotech, pharmaceutical, and life sciences industries is a plus.
  • Passion: Commitment to building career opportunities and strengthening industry connections.
