Job Title: Security Architecture Specialist

This is a critical role that combines technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic vision to shape enterprise security posture.

  • Strategic Leadership: Drive security strategy, architecture, and implementation across large-scale enterprise environments for high-risk financial services infrastructure.
  • Thought Leadership: Provide strategic direction to identify security gaps, define innovative solutions, and recommend improvements across security domains.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-level executives, business leaders, and technical teams to align security solutions with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • End-to-End Security Governance: Oversee comprehensive security lifecycle management including access governance, authentication frameworks, and privileged access management.
  • Team Development: Mentor and guide technical teams to build world-class security practices across global delivery centers, fostering innovation and best practices.
  • Technology Innovation: Evaluate, integrate, and implement modern security tools, MFA solutions, and Zero Trust security frameworks to maintain cutting-edge security posture.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all security solutions meet stringent compliance standards, risk management protocols, and regulatory requirements specific to financial services.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive knowledge-sharing initiatives, establish best practices, and lead continuous improvements within enterprise security programs.

The ideal candidate will bring minimum 15+ years of total experience in Identity & Access Management, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Security Architecture, with the ability to lead transformational security programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Security Architecture
  • Proven track record of leading transformational security programs
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to drive security strategy and architecture
  • Expertise in access governance, authentication frameworks, and privileged access management
  • Knowledge of modern security tools, MFA solutions, and Zero Trust security frameworks
  • Strong understanding of compliance standards, risk management protocols, and regulatory requirements specific to financial services
