Senior Data Engineer

The successful candidate will lead the design and development of ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory for data ingestion and transformation.

In this role, you will collaborate with Azure stack modules like Data Lakes and SQL DW to build robust data solutions.

You will write efficient code in SQL, Python, and PySpark for data processing and transformation, as well as develop mapping documents and transformation rules as per project scope.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are required to ensure smooth project execution.

Preferred qualifications include 7-10 years of experience in data ingestion, data processing, and analytical pipelines for big data and relational databases.

Azure services, including ADLS, Azure Databricks, Data Factory, Synapse, and Azure SQL DB, should be hands-on familiar.

Experience in SQL, Python, and PySpark for data transformation and processing is a must. A strong background in DevOps and CI/CD deployments is also preferred.

This role involves translating business requirements into technical designs and communicating project status with stakeholders.
