Job Description:
As a Junior Associate, Solution Engineering, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software solutions using Java programming language and SpringBoot framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements, ensuring effective communication and knowledge transfer. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining SpringBoot applications, collaborating with teams, implementing DevOps standards, participating in design discussions, writing clean code, building integration solutions, troubleshooting issues, and staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have strong proficiency in Java and Python programming languages, experience with SpringBoot framework and RESTful API interfaces, experience in building and deploying solutions in AWS Servless Lambda, knowledge of database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and DynamoDB, and proven experience as a Java Developer with extensive knowledge of AWS. Additionally, you should have strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based applications, familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS, knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and certifications such as Java Core Developer and Java Spring Certification. You should also be able to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with other developers and stakeholders, possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
