Job Title: Software Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide high-level technical support, ensure products work efficiently, and boost customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by leveraging in-depth knowledge of company products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to surpass customer service expectations.
  • Troubleshoot installation and testing issues across various programming languages and build environments.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of known issues, workarounds, and solutions.
  • Capture customer feedback on features, bugs, and other areas of importance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of development experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Flexibility working EU or US time zone.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Proficient in .NET and C# development technologies.
  • Familiarity with WPF and WinForms.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps integrations.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages and network protocols.

Soft Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with remote troubleshooting methods.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of WebDriver technologies.
  • Basic understanding of Linux operating systems.
  • Eager to learn new technologies.
